The International Measurement ProjectThese measurement notes are intended to foster a consistent high level and uniformity between the measurement efforts within various IRNC projects. It is our belief that consistent, quality measurement will make it easier to compare projects, both one to an other and as each matures over time. This wiki is used to support internal discussion for the IRNC measurement recommendations being created by Matt Mathis and Matt Zekauskas. As recommendations become firm and we want to create a snapshot, they will be moved elsewhere (a link to the more permanent home will appear here).
Quick usage notesYou can use the links to documentation and how to use from the left hand column. As your wiki grows you can edit the left bar too to use it as a high level index to topical areas. On any page click on the word InternationalMeasurement above the title to return to this page. This material is based in part on work supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) under Grant Nos.
